Lead Store Operations Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-profile retail store in London.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Performance and Customer Experience: Lead the store team to deliver strong sales performance and an excellent customer experience
* Team Leadership and Development: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to store staff
* Operational Efficiency: Manage staffing schedules, costs, and store compliance to ensure efficient operations
* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with wider teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
* Visual Merchandising: Ensure store visuals and merchandising reflect current priorities and seasonal focuses
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and utilise customer data in line with regulations to inform in-store strategies
* Culture and Community Engagement: Support a positive store culture and contribute to brand-led community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
* 5 years' experience in a senior store or operations retail position
* Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
* Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to problem solving and customer engagement
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as part of a monthly rota
