ServiceNow Enterprise Architect is required by a global technology innovation organisation to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation, positioning ServiceNow as a central enterprise platform of the company.
You will be responsible for:
* Acting as the technical authority for ServiceNow across the organisation
* Leading architecture and hands-on implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules, including: HR, ITSM, Hardware & Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Workplace/Desk Booking solutions etc
* Integrating ServiceNow with a broad ecosystem of enterprise platforms including: Data platforms, Professional services and financial systems, HR systems, treasury, expenses, and consolidation platforms etc
* End to end ownership of the solutions, from design to delivery and acting as both architect and delivery lead
Required experience and skills:
* Hands-on ServiceNow skills with strong enterprise integration architecture experience.
* Extensive experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across a broad range of organizational functions.
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with multiple third-party enterprise systems
* Ability to work both as an architect and a project manager.
* Strong stakeholder management skills
