They currently have 5 children's residential homes up and running, and have a load more that they are looking to get up and running within the next 18 months.
Your new role
As a Support Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home and the delivery of care to the children. You will lead a team of care staff, ensuring safe and appropriate practices are maintained. Your responsibilities will include supporting the manager in operational management, maintaining a positive childcare practice, and developing care plans for individual residents.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for someone who has strong experience within Children's Residential Care, with an eye to developing and moving up the ladder within the organisation.
