Fox Resourcing & Recruitment is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with Goods In/Out and PPT/LLOP experience for our clients high-volume distribution centre in Rugby (NN6).
This role offers a genuine progression pathway:
Our client is specifically looking for someone they can develop into a Supervisor. Applicants with leadership qualities or previous exposure to team-leading duties will be strongly favoured.

Shifts
4 on / 4 off Days or Nights
(Shift pattern includes weekends)
* Days: 06:0018:00
Consistent overtime and long-term work available. This is a TEMP to PERM Position
What Were Looking For
1. PPT / LLOP experience essential
2. Strong background in Goods In/Out and Picking
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
4. Reliability, excellent timekeeping, and strong work ethic
5. Good numerical accuracy for managing complex product codes
