We are now seeking an experienced and driven IT Director to lead a major business transformation programme. We’re investing significantly in our technology to support growth, enhance customer experience, and equip our teams with the tools they need to succeed. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering that vision. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver a CRM transformation programme Own and drive the IT strategy across the business Manage internal development teams and external partners Improve system performance, reliability, and usability Build and enhance reporting and data capabilities What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role Strong track record of delivering technology projects (not just strategy) Experience with CRM systems and platform migrations Commercially minded with a focus on business outcomes A confident leader who can inspire teams and drive change Why Join Us?
