Responsibilities
* Welcoming and assisting clients with professionalism and warmth
* Managing emails and responding to client queries
* Answering calls and scheduling appointments
* Creating clinician diaries and recording notes using the EMIS database
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Ordering supplies and overseeing office equipment
* Coordinating lab test pickups
* Compiling monthly management data for treatment services
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a clinical administrator in a healthcare setting
* Strong command of MS Office and quick adaptability to new systems
* Hands-on experience with EMIS is essential
* A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
* A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
