What You'll Do
Store Manager in Penzance
Delivering an outstanding customer proposition. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than an average Store Manager job. You’ll manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. You’ll experience varying temperatures, but if you lead and motivate a team to achieve great things, customers will notice and value us.
* Day-to-day — Delivering great service. Ensure your team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
* Mucking in — Help the team get the job done. Check and unpack deliveries, open/close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
* Inspiring — Encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships — Ensure your team gets development, support future growth and succession. Ensure customers leave with everything they need.
* Leading — Coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work with strong engagement.
* Building a fun working environment — Maintain product availability and branch standards while ensuring the branch is somewhere people enjoy working.
