Presales Consultant Solution Architect
We are seeking a Presales Consultant who can effectively articulate our company's technology and product capabilities to both business and technical audiences. The role primarily involves providing technical consultancy during the presales process, identifying customer requirements, designing solutions, and supporting sales activities.
The candidate should have a strong knowledge of our offerings across applications and engineering services, and be capable of delivering technical pitches and demos that highlight key features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Responsibilities include addressing technical questions related to customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and feature functionality, as well as building and leading the development of custom demos and PoCs.
The Presales Consultant will also provide feedback to product management and sales teams, present solutions to a range of stakeholders, manage client expectations, and attend meetings to gather technical and business requirements. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and domain SMEs is essential for defining and presenting product demos and PoCs. Additionally, providing technical support to the sales team, conducting training, and documenting activities are key aspects of the role.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Presales Engineer or Technical Consultant in a technical environment is required. The candidate should possess business acumen, passion, and technical expertise in digital technologies, including front-end integrations, backend systems, emerging tech such as GenAI, Automation, Observability, Data & AI, Cloud, Hyperscaler, and Hybrid solutions.
