Role Overview
We are seeking motivated, qualified Secondary Teachers who demonstrate strong behaviour management skills alongside a creative and nurturing approach. The successful candidate will be confident teaching English to a high standard and working collaboratively with a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum. High expectations for all pupils and the ability to inspire a lifelong passion for learning are essential.
Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
Sound understanding of planning and assessment procedures.
