Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional L&D expert to join an expanding team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of an exciting, national organization, through the design and delivery of key management and leadership programs, rolled out across the business.
Responsibilities
* Establish and enforce Learning and Development (L&D) policies and procedures tailored for operational managers across company depots.
* Create and deliver dynamic training modules and programs to elevate the skills of current and prospective management employees.
* Customize management and leadership training materials to align with the company’s values and ethos.
* Conduct in-person training sessions and coaching for teams and individuals, ensuring impactful learning experiences.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in the design and delivery of Learning & Development programs.
* Deep knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
* Experience in delivering management and leadership training.
* Strong understanding of talent management and succession planning.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
* Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and related tools.
* Capability to tailor training to diverse team needs.
* Awareness of current industry trends in learning and development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
