Job Description: Senior Project Manager

We currently have several SISS projects ongoing for our Rail customers across England. You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships as well as the overall management and coordination of upcoming projects. This is a hybrid role based out of our Warwick HQ, with travel to customer sites across England when needed.
What You’ll Do:
1. Develop project delivery and reporting processes to ensure projects meet standards and timeframes.
2. Act as the customer interface for Telent on allocated projects.
3. Manage financial performance and reporting for all projects to Telent and customer stakeholders.
4. Provide detailed and regular project reviews, reports, and KPIs for Telent and clients.
5. Ensure contractual quality, health, and safety standards for all projects.
6. Provide leadership and direction for the project team.
7. Plan and ensure the availability of resources (internal and external) to deliver the project.
8. Manage subcontractor selection and relationships.
9. Ensure timely placement of material orders within budget.
10. Conduct regular site safety inspections to promote safety culture.
11. Support the bid team for tenders and responses as required.
Who you are:
You will have previous experience managing SISS-related projects within the rail industry, with a portfolio of projects upwards of £34M.
Key requirements:
* Experience working on SISS projects within Rail
* Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss accounts and cash flow forecasting
* Experience managing multi-million-pound, business-critical projects
* Ability to lead teams in complex environments
* Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations
* Experience managing complex customer and end-user relationships
