The Commercial Manager will play a key role in driving commercial performance, working closely with distribution partners to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
This position sits at the heart of the commercial function and will collaborate closely with internal teams across brand, supply chain, finance and customer service, while taking ownership of regional performance and execution.
Key responsibilities
Execute go-to-market strategies across multiple markets
Develop and manage strong, profitable distributor partnerships
Lead regional P&L management, forecasting and performance tracking
Identify and develop new commercial growth opportunities across the territory
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure effective market delivery
About you
Proven commercial experience within FMCG or consumer goods
Experience working with international markets and distributor-led models
Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
Ability to manage regional performance, forecasting and strategy execution
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
