Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Lead & Inspire: Coach and manage a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
* Drive Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national goals, ensuring strong market presence.
* Build Relationships: Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts, delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
* Represent the Brand: Attend trade events and exhibitions, showcasing innovation and strengthening brand visibility.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
* Deliver Results: Monitor KPIs, track performance, and implement strategies to consistently exceed targets.
Ideal profile:
* Proven success in sales leadership, ideally with 3+ years in a similar role.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* High proficiency in IT and data analysis.
