Join Our Team as a Facilities Manager!

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? We’re on the lookout for a Facilities Manager to become a vital part of our London Fire Stations PFI team, based in the heart of London.


Location & Hours

Location: London Fire Stations – 9 Stations
Hours: 40 hours per week – 08:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.


Your Responsibilities

As our Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Managing planned, reactive, and lifecycle works to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
* Leading and supporting caretakers, engineers, and cleaning staff to deliver high-quality service.
* Overseeing subcontractor performance, budgets, and lifecycle projects.
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
* Driving Health & Safety compliance and promoting Kier's culture and standards.


What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you have:

* Proven experience in facilities management, including maintenance and lifecycle delivery.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and statutory compliance.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams and contractors.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
