Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
3. Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters
4. Advising on acquisitions, disposals and property investments
5. Working on development and corporate occupier work
6. Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documents
7. Liaising with clients across SME, corporate and third-sector sectors
8. Working closely with partners to deliver high-quality legal advice
9. Ensuring excellent client communication throughout matters
10. Contributing to the growth of the commercial property team
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:
11. A solicitor with 1 years PQE plus in commercial property law
12. Comfortable handling a varied property caseload
13. Able to draft and negotiate commercial property documentation
14. Commercially minded and client-focused
15. A strong communicator with good organisational skills
16. Ties to Leeds
