University Graduate Opportunity – Stroud
Are you a university graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in a specialist setting? Join a well‑respected college in Stroud as a Specialist Learning Support Assistant, supporting students across Sport, Music, Performing Arts, Media, Animal Care, and foundation studies in English and Maths. The college specialises in students with a wide range of needs including social anxiety, learning disabilities and communication difficulties, and offers outstanding facilities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
* University graduate
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs
* Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
* Willingness to assist with personal care and mobility needs where required
* Suitable DBS check – you must provide an up‑to‑date DBS or be prepared to allow the agency to process one on your behalf
* If the role involves working with children or vulnerable adults, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
