Description
A brilliant Apprenticeship opportunity has arisen within our Conveyancing Department at our Head Office in Blackburn. This role involves being an integral part of our Conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills via telephone and in person. Furthermore, it will be important for the candidate to be organised and have the ability to multi-task. We seek to employ an Apprentice which is committed, dedicated and consistent in all tasks set. Punctuality and attendance are also extremely important for this role considering the level of responsibility which will be given to the chosen person.
A non-exhaustive list of the tasks which will be included within this role have been listed below:
1. A good understanding of Residential Conveyancing and the legal process
2. Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral.
3. Drafting skills i.e. emails, letters etc.
4. The ability to work under pressure.
5. The ability to act on instructions from a Solicitor and/or supervisor.

Progression:
If the candidate is able to showcase the abilities mentioned above, the role will involve progression within the Property Department.
