Job Responsibilities: Essential Qualified to a minimum HNC level or equivalent in Manufacturing /Electrical Engineering ABB knowledge (IRC5) Siemens TAI & S7 PLC project development Siemens S7 - General PLC Programming Siemens WinCC / WinCC Flex project development Ability to troubleshoot process control on automated manufacturing line Revision & version management experience Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Word/Excel/PPT) Ability to read and interpret drawings Creation of SWIs Lean manufacturing/ OEE workings Continuous Improvement Activities POKA YOKE (error proofing methods) Understanding of control systems Root cause analysis/ 8D Implementation/Optimisation of vision systems Experience of process change management Data extraction Proven ability to train others Desirable Experience with robot end of arm tooling design & function.
