Offer description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Council Tax team. The role will play a key part in the administration of Council Tax.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks relating to Council Tax administration, this includes updating liabilities, gathering information and resolving queries, This role will also include processing of education benefits and general administration.

You should be organised with the ability to multitask, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a customer focused approach. You should be able to work independently.

A good understanding of Council Tax legislation would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake Level 1 Disclosure check. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
