What you will be doing: holding drop-in meetings to support adults with learning disabilities /autism offering information, advice and guidance organising and leading social peer groups for adults with learning disabilities / autism to engage in the community and have fun. What we’re looking for a creative, flexible, and dynamic practitioner with experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively across communities a confident communicator who can deliver impactful guidance and foster peer-led support.
