Key Responsibilities
* Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand across various platforms. Work with the People Experience team to create compelling narratives that showcase our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality content including articles, blog posts, videos, and other multimedia materials. Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and aligned with branding guidelines.
* Design: Lead the design of employer branding materials, including digital assets, print materials, and event collateral. Maintain consistency in visual branding and ensure all designs are on-brand. Collaborate with the in-house Studio team to develop best practices and alignment to Branding and asset packs.
* Budget Ownership: Manage asset briefings and best practices, identifying efficiencies to reduce overall spend.
* Learning and Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create engaging content and design materials for training programs, workshops, and other educational initiatives. Build creative e-learning modules with clear and measurable learning outcomes.
* Internal Communications: Design and produce content to foster employee engagement and a positive work environment via channels including JD Now. Ensure communications are visually appealing and on-brand.
* Branding Templates: Develop and maintain branding templates for culture events and company-wide initiatives, ensuring materials communicate values and culture effectively.
* Team Management: Demonstrated experience in building and leading a team of content creators and designers. Provide guidance, feedback, and development opportunities for high performance and career progression.
* Project Management: Oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
* Experience: Content creation and design, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. Experience in employer branding is highly desirable.
* Managing a team and coaching/development experience.
Skills
* A strong portfolio showing campaign branding and a consistent approach.
* Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; plus Express & Articulate Rise 360).
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of best practices for content engagement.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
