We re partnering with a respected engineering consultancy known for delivering innovative, technically excellent solutions across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and complex specialist projects. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic Building Services team in London.
The Role
* Lead mechanical design on a range of building services projects from concept to completion
* Produce detailed mechanical designs, calculations and specifications
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring technical excellence and meeting client expectations
* Mentor and support junior engineers
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions
* Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site visits
* Drive sustainable design strategies and low–carbon engineering solutions
About You
* Proven experience in mechanical building services engineering
* Chartered or working toward Chartership (CEng) with CIBSE/IMechE
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, heating, ventilation, LTHW, etc.)
* Experience using design tools such as IES, Hevacomp, Revit or similar
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
* A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for high–quality engineering
