Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for any questions, incidents, or emergencies in the evening.
* Offer advice and support to students, staff, and visitors.
* Manage reception services, such as answering calls from the switchboard and visitor bookings.
* Keep accurate logs of incidents ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all site users.
Qualifications
* Confidence working independently and can stay calm under pressure.
* Experience in customer service, reception, or a front‑of‑house role.
* Professional, approachable, and resilient, with a strong focus on customer care.
