We're working with a values-led organisation using digital tools to drive positive change. As their B2B offering grows, they're looking for a Partnership Coordinator to support business development and relationship-building efforts.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in sales or partnerships within a purpose-driven environment. You'll work closely with the CEO and wider team to manage outreach, support new clients, and help deliver impactful tech solutions to the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the Hubspot CRM system to ensure up-to-date, accurate lead tracking
Research and qualify new B2B prospects, supporting a structured sales pipeline
Collaborate on email outreach and marketing efforts
Follow up on leads and help move them through the sales funnel
Support preparation of presentations, materials, and proposals
Coordinate merchandise orders and event logistics
Attend events and represent the organisation professionally
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing B2B partners
Liaise with external implementation partners to ensure a smooth client journey
Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO and wider team
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A proactive, self-starting approach to tasks
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling data
Previous experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
Comfortable working in a small, agile team
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva or similar tools
Experience supporting sales, business development, or marketing functions
Strong writing and presentation skills
