Salary & Hours
* BAND 3: £28,011 – £30,230 pro rata
* Permanent 22.2 hrs (over 3 days Monday, Friday, some flexibility around third day)
Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive, confidential, efficient, and high‑quality secretarial service to medical staff within the Medical Secretarial Team.
* Undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties.
* Transcribe confidential patient information using a voice recognition system, in conjunction with other hospital systems.
Qualifications & Experience
* Appropriate secretarial/administration qualifications or equivalent training experience.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency with Microsoft Word.
* Excellent keyboard skills.
