Shift Process Technician page is loaded## Shift Process Technicianlocations: Newport, UKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR-11837**Key Responsibilities:*** Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Perform lot dispositions to recover product after tool aborts* Utilise Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve process stability and capability.* Ensure compliance with quality standards by following process specs and OCAPs.* Create pipelines for process excursions to ensure rapid identification and resolution of issues.* Complete engineering requests to participate in continuous improvement and capacity initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.* Prioritise tasks effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.* Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments.* Utilise office software for data entry, reporting, and communication.**Qualifications:*** Education: BTEC or HNC in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is advantageous but not essential* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a semiconductor fabrication (fab) environment.**Skills:*** Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.* Knowledge of cross wafer-fab processes is advantageous.* Analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple tasks effectively.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.* Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).**Benefits:*** Opportunities for professional growth and development.* Collaborative and inclusive work environment.If you are a motivated and experienced Process Technician looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
