Project assistant

The role

Do you have knowledge and a passion for Sustainability, with a good administrative background? If yes, then this may be the perfect role for you An excellent opportunity has become available within our Sustainability team for a Project Assistant. The role involves providing administrative support to the team and assisting with projects related to Retrofit, Data & Projects, and Energy & Heat Networks. Duties include organising meetings and taking minutes, outlining actions and timelines for completion, contacting residents with updates and required resolutions, assisting with resident engagement activities on retrofit programmes, among other duties.

This is a permanent, 35-hour per week role based at our Fleet House office in Farringdon, working at least two days onsite and the remainder remote.

What you'll need

* Experience in an administrative role e.g. arranging meetings, taking minutes, cross team working & support.
* Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Knowledge and a passion for Sustainability.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting information, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, referring calls, writing clear emails, creating presentations, drafting reports, and developing website content.
* The ability to take responsibility and take action to promote great customer service, with a 'Can Do' attitude.
