Job Title: Customer Accounts Supervisor Location: Stowmarket, IP14 Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 We are seeking a proactive, positive individual to join this customer service/sales team. In this role, you will lead and motivate a dedicated support team, assist senior management, and ensure sales opportunities are maximised. As a Customer Accounts Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing internal sales operations. The Team Leader for the customer accounts team will also deputise for the Sales Manager when required, providing leadership, encouragement, and continuity within the department. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and motivate the customer service team to achieve targets. * Support management in developing and executing sales strategies. * Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive results. * Manage and strengthen customer relationships to maximise business opportunities. * Oversee internal sales operations and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. * Problem solving to achieve efficiencies and outcomes required. * Deputise for the Sales Manager as needed. Requirements: * Proven experience in a sales or customer service supervisory role. * A problem solver, with the positive ability to make it happen. * Strong commercial awareness with experience of servicing overseas customers would be advantageous. * Excellent communication and people influencing skills. * Ability to balance customer focus with operational efficiency. * A results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach
