The role is ideal for both experienced EYFS professionals and Early Career Teachers looking to gain valuable experience in early years education. Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher Responsibilities: Deliver creative and engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the Early Years Framework. Support the personal, social, and emotional development of all children. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Assess progress using observation and tracking methods. Communicate effectively with parents and carers about children's learning. Collaborate with teaching assistants and other early years staff. Encourage exploratory play, early phonics, and foundational numeracy skills. Support positive behaviour management strategies appropriate to EYFS. Prepare indoor and outdoor learning spaces in line with curriculum goals. Uphold all safeguarding and child protection policies. EYFS Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with EYFS specialism. Recent experience teaching in an EYFS setting is preferred. Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A nurturing, patient, and child-centred teaching approach.
