SEN Specialist Outreach Tutor ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Prospero Teaching is looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN Specialist Tutor to deliver bespoke 1:1 education packages to young people across Romford and Havering who are currently unable to attend mainstream school. As an SEN Outreach Tutor, you will plan and deliver highly personalised lessons that meet the individual needs of learners with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties). Your role will be to rebuild confidence, support emotional regulation, and help learners re-engage with education at a pace that is right for them. Many pupils will have been out of education for a significant period, may present with barriers to learning, or require additional pastoral support. You will create structured, nurturing sessions that promote progress both academically and personally. Prospero Teaching will support you throughout the placement, ensuring each learner's development is tracked effectively.
