We are looking to hire a Partnership Development Manager which is a pivotal opportunity to lead at a time of rapid change across the health and social care landscape and national Drug Strategy. The role offers strategic influence, driving meaningful service integration and strengthening collaboration between CGL services, integrated care systems and key external partners. You will play a central part in shaping responses to complex system challenges, championing evidence-led practice and improving the care and treatment experience for people who use our services. By supporting local leaders, enhancing partnership working across health, social care and criminal justice, and helping to join up care around people’s needs, you will make a tangible contribution to reducing drug and alcohol harms and tackling health inequalities. Where : Northamptonshire Hours : Full time, 37.5 hours per week Full Time Salary : £44,471.72 - £46,683.60 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time) Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. About the Role: Map, monitor and analyse local Integrated Care System (ICS) and Combating Drugs Partnership (CDP) structures, strategies and outcomes. Lead and coordinate data analysis to inform ICS and CDP planning and development. Manage and deliver partnership projects, including those funded through additional or grant funding streams. Build, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with local partners, responding to challenges in a solution-focused manner. Act as a single point of contact for ICS and CDP matters, providing tailored advice and guidance to local teams based on system variation. Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including CDPs and sub-groups, Primary Care Networks, place-based partnerships, Mental Health Transformation Teams, acute trusts and VCSE alliances. Monitor, capture and report on all OHID grant-funded activity, contributing to internal management and commissioner reporting. Identify and deliver partnership development opportunities and events that contribute to reducing drug and alcohol harms and addressing health inequalities. Work with local management teams to embed neighbourhood- and place-based approaches aligned to organisational values. Promote integration and remove barriers to shared resources, processes and practice across internal and external partners. About you: Education, Knowledge and Experience Experience working within substance misuse services. Proven experience of managing projects. Experience supporting vulnerable adults within health and social care settings. Strong knowledge and understanding of pathways across health, social care and the voluntary sector. Abilities and Skills Ability to develop and implement new methods and approaches to improve practice and service delivery. Strong project management skills, with the ability to set objectives and meet key deadlines. Capability to lead and embed a solution-focused approach to challenge and conflict within integrated systems. Confident in using data to influence partnerships, improve services and articulate impact. Skilled in communicating performance at multiple levels, using a range of data sources and summarising key messages clearly. Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement. Skilled in adapting communication and support to different learning styles. Excellent communicator who listens, collaborates and works openly with others. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. Demonstrates patience, empathy and compassion when working through complexity with individuals and teams. Desirable Relevant management or leadership qualification.
