Role Overview
The Complex Care Assistant role involves delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support to individuals with complex health needs, such as spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, and neurological disorders.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist care – PEG feeding, suctioning, tracheostomy support
* Assist with medication, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Support people to live independently in their own homes while providing compassionate, professional care
* Build meaningful relationships and create moments of joy every day
