Application Support Analyst

I am looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support in respect of issues that are raised via the support desk and be the direct contact for customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a software solution provider into the London Insurance Market
Responsibilities include-
1. The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support in respect of issues that are raised via the support desk and be the direct contact for our customers.
2. Perform In-Depth ticket analysis, investigation and resolution replicating client environments on internal QA sites as needed
3. Carry out internal and external application configuration and deployments
4. Escalate tickets to the relevant teams, actively track resolution ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and assigned tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Implement general system and user administration tasks as and when needed such as windows server and IIS configuration changes.
6. Carry out SQL configuration changes and run queries to assist in troubleshooting issues.
7. Provide system training for clients in person and remotely as needed
8. Monitor system alerting and perform health checks
