McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead the team at our Jenner Court in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Package: £38,690 plus benefits + Career Progression AND BONUS
In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional UNCAPPED bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,000.

Hours: 38.75 per week, with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
Development Information: Penny House, one of our newest estates, located on the edge of Olney in Buckinghamshire, comprises 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, communal lounge, landscaped gardens, onsite bistro, salon, and a bus stop outside.

About you:
* A warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares about the wellbeing of older people.
* Committed to fostering an inclusive, happy, and empowered community.
* Experience in promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
* Must have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management, or be in the process of completing it.
* A confident and experienced people manager who can inspire their team.
* Experience in senior living or care development, with understanding of health and safety, property management, and budget requirements.
