Job Description
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
* Verify time sheets and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
* Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
* Handle employee queries related to payroll and deductions.
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with payroll reporting.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Assist with audits and provide necessary payroll data as requested.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroller should have:
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
* Good understanding of payroll-related legislation.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Effective communication skills for resolving payroll queries.
* Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office tools.
