We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and fast-growing food franchise known for quality, consistency, and a loyal customer base. Due to ongoing expansion, they're looking for a Customer Service / Account Manager to join their friendly and ambitious team.
As a Customer Service / Account Manager, you'll be the key contact for over 200 existing client accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing first-class service at every touchpoint. You'll also play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, following up on leads, and helping to grow the customer base.

Customer Service / Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of 200+ existing accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
* Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all clients receive a seamless service.
* Provide quotations, respond to product queries, and manage any order-related issues with professionalism.
* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
* Follow up on incoming leads and convert prospects into active clients.
* Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Keep CRM systems and account records up to date with client information and interactions.
* Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and feedback to management.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in account management, sales, and customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, personable, and relationship-driven.
* A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Commercially aware, with an ability to spot opportunities and contribute to growth.
* Experience working with order processing systems and CRM platforms.
* Experience in the food, hospitality, or franchise sector is a plus but not essential.
