Responsibilities
* Collaboratively working with the wider team to install new and creative presentations across the selected stores
* Ensuring that Brand Presentation Guidelines are installed and adapted accordingly, to reflect the architecture of the store and the customer demographic
* Collaboratively working with the store teams to ensure complete understanding of each presentation and ensure they are maintained and updated where necessary to the highest standards, by regular communication with the leader and the wider store teams
* Supporting the set‐up of new and/or model stores, working with the wider creative and store teams to deliver a completed store presentation
* Supporting the set‐up of each new season in the support office, working with the wider creative team to deliver a completed seasonal presentation
Qualifications
* Experience in a regional retail visual merchandising role, ideally within the home lifestyle market with a design or display background
* Proven ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to coach others
* Full, clean driving licence and ability to travel within the UK as required
