To be a successful Store Manager at GAP you will

About you:
* 3-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
* Strong business acumen and a track record of driving commercial success
* Operational and merchandising experience
* Flexibility to work - including evenings, weekends and holidays
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
