About the role:
Make business development calls and meet clients to build and manage your own portfolio.
Source, screen, and engage candidates, matching them to meaningful roles.
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Develop your personal online brand and work towards your targets.
You will need a car and licence as some client visits are required.Who we're looking for:
An experienced Recruitment Consultant from Social Care, temporary or permanent.
Or a driven individual with sales, customer service, or admin experience.
Strong work ethic and appetite to learn.
Ambition, resilience, and money motivation.
