A growing Insurance group are seeking a Corporate Counsel with a background in Corporate Insurance Law, who has experience of working in a role either in-house or in a Law Firm with a focus on the Insurance market
You will be responsible for: M&A, integrations, reinsurance, corporate restructurings, governance, and regulatory matters
You will be 6 years PQE+ (no upper limit), with experience in corporate law, such as M&A, reinsurance and commercial legal work. Insurance experience is essential
