As a Process Administrator, you will play a important part in delivering high-quality, cost-effective electrical inspection and testing services to our clients. Your work will directly support daily operations, strengthen relationships with both field teams and clients, and ensure everything is aligned behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities for the Process Administrator:
1. Collecting and processing reports
2. Liaising with clients or their representatives to keep websites and records up to date
3. Handling day-to-day admin duties such as answering phones, sending emails, printing, and scanning documents
4. Managing databases and maintaining accurate records
