Role Description
Lead UI Developer with GenAI Experience
We are seeking a seasoned Lead UI Developer with over 12 years of experience in software development, specializing in ReactJS, frontend architecture, and Generative AI integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of architectural principles, design patterns, and hands-on experience building scalable applications. Familiarity with Angular,, APIs, and GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a plus. This role demands a deep understanding of application compatibility, security, and API integration within modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable UI applications.
* Architect and implement GenAI-powered features such as intelligent assistants, content generation, and adaptive UI components.
* Evaluate and apply architectural standards and design patterns for frontend and GenAI-enhanced solutions.
* Develop high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS; Angular experience is a bonus.
* Collaborate with backend teams to integrate or APIs and GenAI endpoints.
* Ensure application compatibility across browsers and devices.
* Implement security best practices in frontend and GenAI data handling.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
* Work closely with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS, including GenAI model hosting and orchestration.

Required Qualifications
* 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
* Proven expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Solid understanding of architectural principles and design patterns.
* Experience with API integration, especially using or
* Hands-on experience integrating GenAI models into frontend applications (e.g., chatbots, summarization tools, recommendation engines).
* Knowledge of application compatibility, security, and performance optimization.
* Familiarity with AWS services related to frontend deployment and GenAI model hosting (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock).
