Job Description
The In-house Procurement Lawyer will be:
* Advising on complex procurement, contracts, and supply chain agreements.
* Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Providing legal support to the procurement teams across a range of projects.
* Managing legal risks and advising on relevant legal frameworks.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful In-house Procurement Lawyer should be:
* A solicitor with 5+ years PQE in procurement law.
* Strong experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing procurement contracts.
* Knowledge of the defence, aerospace, or related sectors is desirable.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Local to Lancashire sites for hybrid working pattern.
