George Salter Academy are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of cleaners (22.5 hours per week; 1.45pm - 6.15pm). This is a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our school buildings are maintained to a high standard at all times. The successful candidate will: Supervise and support the school cleaning team ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards Allocate cleaning duties and ensure staff are effectively deployed Monitor cleaning stock and order supplies as necessary Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH Liaise with the Site Manager and Senior Leadership Team to report issues and manage priorities Provide training and guidance to new and existing cleaning staff George Salter Academy is a friendly, happy and vibrant 11-18 academy, serving a multi-cultural community.
