Our service provides 24 hour assistance by qualified staff at the press of a button which makes all the difference in an emergency. You will conduct an initial assessment, provide emergency First Aid, give handovers to the Ambulance Service and GPs, whilst providing reassurance and comfort to the client.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to develop yourself professionally. You will work under the guidance and direction of trained managers and will have access to training and advice.?This is an opportunity to work for a company that provides care to a high standard using skills and experience, allied with new technologies.
FREC 2 or 3 qualification is an advantage but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.Core skills required
