Job Opportunity: Project Administrator

Bilfinger UK, a leading engineering and maintenance provider supporting various industries including chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables, and food & beverage, is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team at Hinkley Point C in Bridgewater.

Key Responsibilities
* Organize diaries, schedule meetings, and manage attendance via Outlook for SPM & PM.
* Attend meetings, draft, and distribute minutes to team members.
* Keep records of actions and ensure their completion within required timescales.
* Manage and route office communications, letters, and documents promptly.
* Prepare, print, and file records to keep them up-to-date and accessible.
* Collate, update, and manage information in line with documentation protocols and systems (SAP, CEMAR, ProArc, Teamcenter, SharePoint).
* Support the Leadership and Management teams with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
