Responsibilities / Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience as a General Manager in a high quality branded restaurant enviroment
* A proven track record of running busy, high-volume operations and leading large teams
* Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and driving business growth
* The ability to maintain exceptional standards across food, service, and presentation
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* A vibrant, engaging personality, with a natural talent for motivating, coaching, and empowering your team
* You are hands-on, people-focused, and passionate about delivering hospitality the Brasserie Blanc way.
