Legal Secretary — South Leicester | Up to £27,000 per annum
SF Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client for a highly organised and professional Legal Secretary to join a well-established legal team based in South Leicester.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange court dates or appointments
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and post
* Maintain and organise client files and legal records
* Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties as needed
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role
* Strong typing and MS Office skills
* Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
