Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 am - 17.00 pm

About the role
Job Purpose To deliver safe, efficient, and compliant planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems and associated mechanical plant. The role ensures maximum availability of assets and adherence to statutory, regulatory, and client standards. Technicians are expected to work with autonomy, supporting the Team Leader and escalating issues where required. What you'll do:
1. Work safely at all times, following RAMS, permits, and statutory regulations.
2. Take responsibility for the safe use of tools, vehicles, and plant equipment.
3. Ensure all HVAC assets and systems are compliant and operational.
4. Own the quality of your work and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
