We are seeking a skilled Prosecution Lawyer to manage a caseload of prosecution and enforcement matters, including anti-social behaviour litigation, licensing disputes, and general litigation. You will oversee cases from initial instruction to court advocacy, ensuring robust legal support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle prosecution and enforcement cases
* Manage anti-social behaviour litigation & licensing matters
* Provide expert legal advice on local authority enforcement
* Assist senior officers in shaping policy & procedures
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor / Barrister / Legal Executive
* Experience in prosecution, enforcement, or regulatory law
* Strong legal advisory & advocacy skills
